8. How long do we retain your data?
Your personal data will be retained for as long as the contractual relationship remains in force.
Afterwards, the Firm will retain your personal data in a duly restricted form for the sole purpose of making them available to the competent Public Authorities, Courts, or the Public Prosecutor’s Office during the applicable statutory limitation period for any legal actions arising from the contractual relationship.
Once these legal retention periods have expired, your personal data will be permanently deleted.
